Our TOP leading General Contractor has set out to adopt a company-wide cloud-based, collaborative project management software. An evaluation committee was formed to review/select a software program and after evaluating several different options, the committee ultimately selected Procore. As such, a contract has been executed with Procore and the implementation is beginning.
We sincerely believe the Procore software platform will improve our company in many ways while helping us achieve our vision of building PARTNERSHIPS improving PERFORMANCE and delivering RESULTS. Not only will our clients and industry partners see a noticeable improvement and consistency in how we do business together, our internal processes and efficiencies will also greatly improve. Primary Business Objectives:
As we implement Procore company-wide, we will be focusing on improving the following processes in our company:
1. More effective way to manage RFIs and Submittals.
2. More effective way to manage project plans, specifications and documentation.
3. Increase collaboration between office and field employees.
4. Improved communication between owners, architects and subcontractors.
5. More effective change order management with subcontractors and owners.
6. Streamline and improve efficiencies across all processes including financial controls.
Realizing these goals will introduce standard processes and promote consistent delivery methods across all projects, we are confident that Procore will equip us with the tools to significantly improve our business moving forward.
